Terms & Conditions
Williamson & Partners Builders LLC
By requesting services from Williamson & Partners Builders LLC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure clear communication, professional expectations, and successful project completion.
1. Scope of Work
All services provided by Williamson & Partners Builders LLC will be based on the agreed project scope, estimate, proposal, or written agreement provided before work begins. Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions, additional labor, material changes, or project modifications arise after work has started.
Estimates are valid for a limited time and are subject to material cost fluctuations and availability.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before scheduling or beginning any project. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Late payments may delay project completion and could result in additional fees.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly to the client.
4. Project Scheduling
Project timelines are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, material delays, permit approvals, inspections, subcontractor availability, or unforeseen job-site conditions.
Williamson & Partners Builders LLC will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the projected timeframe.
5. Change Orders
Any requested changes to materials, design, labor, scheduling, or project scope after approval must be documented and approved before additional work is performed.
Change orders may affect pricing and completion timelines.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, utilities, and work areas necessary for project completion. Delays caused by restricted access, scheduling conflicts, or failure to provide required approvals may impact project timelines.
Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from active work areas unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Site Conditions
Williamson & Partners Builders LLC is not responsible for hidden conditions that are not visible prior to work beginning, including but not limited to structural damage, mold, plumbing issues, electrical problems, underground obstructions, or code violations discovered during construction.
Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions will be communicated to the client before proceeding whenever possible.
8. Cleanup & Debris Removal
Basic job-site cleanup will be performed during and after project completion. Unless specifically included in the agreement, deep cleaning, hazardous material removal, or specialized disposal services are not included.
9. Warranty & Workmanship
Williamson & Partners Builders LLC takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Any workmanship concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after project completion.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
-
Normal wear and tear

10. Liability
Williamson & Partners Builders LLC shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, supply shortages, accidents, or acts of nature.
11. Cancellations
Project cancellations after scheduling or material purchases may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional charges to cover labor, administrative costs, or purchased materials.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
13. Agreement
By approving an estimate, signing a proposal, submitting payment, or authorizing work to begin, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
